Not that I expected

Great product! Zero pain, it just feels cool to the tough. Definitely be fresh shaved as any hair growth does make the pulse a little uncomfortable, but still ok.

After numerous emails, letting you guys know that I did not receive the package when it said it was delivered. I finally get a hold of somebody only to find out that the package was delivered and left outside. My landlord ended up finding the box empty in the trashcan and when I’ve spoke with the representative who was helping me with my claim, they said that they submitted a claim with the Postal Service and I have not heard anything from them since. $330 lost and this company can’t even sent me an email to give me a status on the claim that they supposedly submitted to find out where this device is . You would think that they would have better customer service. I don’t recommend anybody by this unless you specifically request overnight shipping or a signature to go along with it because otherwise this company will not take responsibility for the shipping and on the post, apparently don’t care. $330 wasted .

I was skeptical at first. It’s only been 5 weeks and already my arms and legs are hairless, and so smooth too. I feel that even the texture and colour tone of my skin has improved. I’m so glad I gave this a try.

I ordered it almost 2 weeks ago. Didn't get it yet. I don't know if this is a part of their fake 90 days money back plan or not. Delivery carrier said my address was incorrect because there is no unit number but it shouldn't be because I've checked my order 100 times and I did put my unit number for my order so I guess ULIKE made a mistake and didn't intend to fix the problem. So I had to call to Fedex more than 6 times and still waiting. If you want the product for the summer, I recommend you to order in the winter. Since I've wasted quite a lot of time, I think it is fair for me to get refund even after 90 days if it doesn't show any progress. I can't say if the product actually works but I will come back for that again. Remember to order it in the winter time if you need it in the summer.

The device gets really hot and feels like it will burn other than that I have seen results but I can’t use it more than 15-20 min because then it gets hot

Been using my Air10 for a month now and so far so good. Those annoying chin hairs, as well as the menopause mustache, are starting to dissappear.

Have been using and definitely seeing a difference. Fingers crossed it keeps working.

Did not work, it burnt me on the lowest setting. The hair grows the next day. I am looking to return this

It's a garbage

I got the Ulike air 10 about 3 weeks ago. I have used it about 5 times since receiving it and I am starting to see some results. There are some patches with less hair and it does seem like it is growing out thinner. I haven’t figured out how to get the glide setting to work. It doesn’t flash without me pressing the button. It doesn’t really hurt but you can feel a small pinch along side the cool surface. The device is very loud and gets warm pretty quickly. Hopefully I will have better results after I use it more.

I never received the unit and could not get a refund
